Follow these 3 simple rules to prepare your recipient list for high-speed certificate generation.
The first row of your CSV file must contain column titles (e.g., Name, Email, Organization, Issue Date). The rendering engine reads Column 1 (`Name`) for main certificate typography.
In Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers, choose File → Save As / Export → CSV (UTF-8) (.csv). Do not upload `.xlsx` or `.pdf` files directly.
Upload your `.csv` file in the Interactive Studio, select your preferred font face, font size, and text alignment, drag the name box onto your certificate background, and click Generate Batch!
