1. 90-Day (3-Month) Subscription Terms
CertiSecure offers transparent pay-as-you-go subscription plans valid for 90 Days (3 Months) from purchase date. Prices are auto-calculated directly from the certificate volume and base rate set in system configuration.
2. Unused Credit Protection Guarantee
Zero Credit Loss Policy:
You never lose unused certificates! When your 90-day subscription cycle completes, any ungenerated certificate credits are automatically saved into your Unused Credit Rollover Vault. You can claim these unused credits at any time to add them as bonus certificates to your active account balance.

3. 7-Day Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with CertiSecure. You are eligible for a 100% full refund within 7 days of purchase under the following condition:
- Unused Quota Condition: If you have not rendered or generated any batch certificates under the new 3-month plan, you may request a 100% refund within 7 days of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- More than 7 days have passed since the plan purchase date.
- You have already rendered batch certificates or downloaded ZIP packages using the purchased plan quota.
- Your account has been suspended for violating our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., generating fraudulent credentials).
5. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, submit a ticket through our Support Inquiry Portal with your Razorpay Payment ID and account email address. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
